All sales are final. Order placed cannot be cancelled. No refund will be issued after placing an order. Kindly refer to the 'Return Policy' below for more information.
Return Policy
All items sold on MINNEBITS.COM go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped
However, there are times when items are damaged or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, please kindly contact us within 2 days and deliver back to us within 5 days.
Customer can return wrong/faulty items within 5 days from date of item received. Any delay will not be entertained, and items will be returned to the customers.
Items must be returned new, unworn and undamaged in the item’s original packaging (if a dust bag/paper bag/plastic is included) with all original tags attached.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty/defect.
Return can only be made if they meet the terms and conditions stated below:
The following reasons are ELIGIBLE for return:
- Receiving a product different from your order
- Receiving an item that doesn’t match our description on our website
The following reasons DO NOT meet the conditions for return:
- Change of mind (on size, color, etc.)
- Damage caused by your own mishandling and/or poor courier handling
- Normal wear and tear
Once your request for return is approved, please note that this does not yet guarantee a sure refund. The actual item returned shall still go through a final verification/evaluation process before your refund will be processed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
