Product Information

Please read carefully the product descriptions on the website. Products displayed are categorized either pre-order basis or ready stock in Malaysia. 

Certain products may be out-of-stock, therefore Minnebits reserves the right to cancel your order even after you receive your order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. You have the right to receive a full refund of the amount that you have paid if the product is out of stock. 

Minnebits has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, however the displayed colors of the products will depend upon your screen monitor and we cannot guarantee that your screen monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Minnebits only carries merchandise that are purchased directly from the official store of the brand themselves or from the United States retail store. Therefore, authenticity and originality of the products are guaranteed.  

All product(s) will be inspected and undergo a quality check process in order to ensure you receive the item(s) in a good condition. However, please be noted that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors including minor scratch or dent. 

We shall not be responsible for anything happened during the delivery such as item lost or damaged due to the negligence of the courier services. However we will try our best to deal with the courier services on behalf of our customers. Please be noted that all product(s) are shipped partially insured in case of loss or damage.
 
 

1. Pre-orders

If you submit a pre-order, we will try our best to secure the item(s) for you right after we receive a full payment or a certain amount of deposit. We will notify you as soon as possible if we have discovered any issues regarding your order.

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for pre-order item(s) will be within 4-8 weeks.  However, ETA is subject to change due to flight delays or other technical reasons which are beyond our control. You will be informed once your order has been arrived in Malaysia. 

2. Ready Stock

Due to limited inventory, ready stock items will be sold based on a “first pay first served” rule.

Order will be processed within 3-5 business days after you have made your payment. You may refer to our shipping policy for more information. 

3. Special request 

Yes, we do accept special orders from USA websites other than product(s) displayed in the website. You will have to be specific when you want to make a special order, such as a direct website link to the product. Please contact our customer service via Whats App for price quotation. 

However, we do not accept orders that are classified as dangerous goods such as lithium batteries, aerosols and perfume. 

Product Packaging

Certain product(s) may not come with dust bags especially outlet items. Every purchase made does not include designer brand’s paper bags, boxes, receipt and a warranty card. However, you may contact our customer service if you would like to request a gift wrap. Minimal fee will be charged. 

Pricing Information

The prices displayed are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) including US sales tax, import duty, handling fees and air shipping cost to Malaysia. 

All sales are final, fixed, and non-negotiable. Please be aware that prices displayed are subject to change.

This website may contain typographical errors regarding price or any errors, therefore we have the right to modify the errors at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

No cancellation, exchange or refund once payment has been made, unless item(s) is out of stock.

You are entirely responsible and liable for merchandise sizing such as shoes, shirts and other accessories before placing an order. No refund will be entertained if you submitted the wrong size.

Once you receive your order, please kindly check the items. You reserve the right to exchange if product(s) received is faulty or does not match description in our website. If that is the case, you should contact us and send us a picture as proof immediately.
